Our Commercial Restoration Services

When disaster strikes your business or commercial property, it can be a shock. Floods, fires, and mold infestations are all destructive, and in some cases can interrupt the operation of your business. Our goal is to get you and the occupants of your buildings back to your normal routine as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality in our restoration and rebuilding process.

Water Damage Restoration

A flood, burst pipe, or overflow can ruin walls, flooring, structural elements in your building, and encourage mold growth as well. We work with commercial property owners and managers to remove water from the premises, dry out your space, and make it look like new again.

Fire Damage Restoration

Commercial fire damage may come from kitchen or grease fires, equipment-related accidents, or poorly cleaned ducts or vents. We mitigate damage from fires, smoke, and soot in commercial environments, thoroughly cleaning the space and making it safe to live or work in again.

Mold Inspection, Testing, & Remediation

Mold is the bane of any property owner’s existence. Especially if you are a property manager for a tenant-occupied building, mold is a major concern and should be addressed as soon as it is found. Mold can grow not just in visible, moist spaces, but also in HVAC ducts, so getting regular inspections and cleanings is a critical part of your commercial property maintenance.

Our Commercial Indoor Air Quality Services

We work extensively with commercial property owners and managers to offer routine air quality management, ensuring a safe environment for your employees, customers, or tenants. We understand local compliance requirements throughout New England and will ensure you can proceed with the important parts of maintaining your business without worrying about the quality of the air you breathe.

We offer tailored services for our commercial customers, including the following offerings.

Commercial & Industrial Air Duct Cleaning

Reduce the presence of residue and toxins in the air ducts in your commercial or industrial space with regular air duct cleaning.

Especially in industrial environments, dust, fumes, smoke, plastic particles, ink, lint, and chemical or gas toxins can make their way into the duct system and build up a layer of residue. If not cleaned, some of these contaminants may catch fire in your ductwork, and in fact, we have helped commercial customers before with the aftermath of severe fires like this.

Build-up in your ductwork may also result in poor HVAC performance, and air duct cleaning can greatly improve your efficiency and save you on utility bills for your facility.

Commercial & Industrial Dust Collector Cleaning

We can provide full maintenance for your dust collector, including part replacement and cleaning. We will inspect the dust collector filter, bag, and cartridge, offering expert advice about next steps. In some cases we may recommend replacement for parts, but in most cases, problems can be solved by cleaning your filter or other components on a regular basis.

In commercial properties, laundry, and bathroom exhaust systems are often overlooked but vital for removing excess moisture and preventing mold growth. AirCare provides comprehensive cleaning services for laundry and bathroom exhausts, ensuring these systems operate efficiently to maintain air quality and prevent damage from excess humidity.

Air handling units (AHUs) are the heart of your HVAC system, regulating and circulating air throughout your commercial building. Over time, these units can collect dirt and debris that impair system performance and air quality.

Our AHU cleaning services make sure your system delivers clean, conditioned air, improving overall air quality and reducing energy costs.

Cooling towers cool water in air conditioning systems in a more energy efficient way than an HVAC system will otherwise. However, the cooling tower itself must be cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis.

OSHA recommends cleaning cooling towers at least twice a year to avoid the spread of Legionella bacteria, which causes Legionnaires Disease and Pontiac Fever, which in turn may result in death.

As grease builds up in your kitchen exhaust hood, it can result in an increased risk of fire. The cadence we recommend for kitchen hood cleaning differs depending on what type of equipment you use and what type of food is cooked there. For example, a wood burning stove or a restaurant that cooks greasy food like burgers may require more frequent cleaning than a pizza restaurant.

Regularly scheduled fire and smoke damper inspections are an important part of every fire safety maintenance plan. For this reason, periodic inspections are required by the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), the Joint Commission, the International Code Council, and Underwriters Laboratories (UL).

At AirCare Environmental Services, we ensure your fire and smoke dampers function properly, are up to code, and will work in the event of an emergency. We provide a detailed inspection, including a complete map of each damper with their statuses, reports of any failed dampers, and before and after photos.
